Gulchekhra Bobokulova, 38, walked the streets of the Russian capital displaying the four-year-old Nastya Meshcheryakova’s head for an hour before her arrest by police.

Bobukolova told a radio journalist who asked her why she had killed the child that ‘Allah ordered me’. The court asked the schizophrenic lady if she pleaded guilty and she nodded yes. Inside the court cage, she smiled and waved to journalists.

A police source said the mother-of-three had been registered at a psychiatric clinic in her native Uzbekistan and had hid her schizophrenia. He said she had been ‘kicked to the streets’ following a recent divorce

The decapitated body of the child was found by firefighters who were responding to a blaze in an apartment near the Oktyabrskoe Pole metro station.
Investigators say they suspect Bobokulova waited for the girl's parents to leave with the elder sister before killing the little girl and setting the apartment ablaze.
Witnesses said they heard the woman screaming things such as ‘I hate democracy. I’m a terrorist… The end of the world.’

Police source however stated on Wednesday the details of two men linked to an "international extremist group" had been found among her contacts.

Legislators in Mexico City are asking the federal government to ban Donald Trump from entering the country, citing the hopeful’s repeated anti-Mexican comments.

The proposal passed unanimously on Wednesday, according to Deputy José Manuel Delgadillo of the conservative National Action Party. He described the document, known as a "point of agreement," as a largely symbolic recommendation to the federal government that the local legislature lacked the ability to enforce. 

But he  stated that Mexico City legislators felt the need to prod President Enrique Peña Nieto to confront Trump, whom they view as a hyper-nationalist who has kindled anti-Mexican resentment by describing Mexicans in broad terms as "rapists" and calling for the construction of a wall across the length of the U.S.-Mexico border.  

"What we're saying is that if he wants to build a wall so that Mexicans can't enter his country, then he is not welcome in our country," Delgadillo said. "What we need now is for President Peña Nieto to make a strong statement condemning Mr. Trump's anti-Mexican comments."

“Hitler was very popular,” Romo said. “He generated a lot of sympathy by adopting nationalist politics that vindicated the Germans’ sense of self-worth. [Trump] is practically a copy. I consider Donald Trump a chauvinist, a misogynist who fosters and leans towards toward repression. … He doesn’t respect diversity.”

Felipe Calderon called Trump “racist” and said he was “turning the United States into a neighbor that we’re all going to end up rejecting and hating.”

PENTAGON WELCOMES HACKERS TO ATTACK ITS WEBSITES

If you are American, and can pass a check, go right ahead, the Pentagon said on Wednesday.

The US Ministry of Defense is inviting hackers to test its cybersecurity, under a security program, which is a new developed program, first of its kind!!!

Just imagine the confidence in the ministry; lol!

The program called 'HACK THE PENTAGON', a bug bounty program, will give participants cash awards and other recognition, if they can find and spot weaknesses, errors, or leaks on the Pentagon's web pages.

The pilot program is modeled after similar competitions conducted by major firms to improve network and product security.

"I'm always challenging our people to think outside the five-sided-box which is the Pentagon," Defense Secretary, Ashton Carter said.

The Pentagon did not announce how much money would be paid out, but suggested that the bigger the vulnerability a hacker finds, the bigger the reward.

Donald Trump's bid to win the Republican presidential nomination is now tending to be a scary reality, after he won 234 delegates on SUPER TUESDAY.

Even the blacks in America would see this as a bad dream; but Miley Cyrus also had something against the Republican.

A Nashville teen has been accused of allegedly shooting his family members because they tried waking him up for school.

The 16yrs old boy, whose name hasn't been released because of legal reasons (charged as a juvenile).
He was in bed Monday morning when his mother and grandmother rousted him to get ready for school.


According to statements from Nashville Police, he made threatening statements and retrieved a handgun from his closet, and opened fire.
It was believed he shot his grandmother twice, while his 12yr old sister, and six year old nephew, were grazed by bullets. All the injuries were not fatal and life threatening though.

According to the police, the boy's family were not aware he had a gun at home.

He is facing four counts of attempted homicide and another count of reckless endangerment in a juvenile court.

SNAPCHAT EMPLOYEE FALLS FOR EMAIL PHISHING SCAM

Snapchat on Friday was targeted by a fraudulent attack that resulted in some payroll information of its employees being inadvertently revealed.

With more than 100 million daily active users, Snapchat is a highly popular social networking service aimed mainly at teens and millennials who can share short photos and videos with their friends and followers.

Snapchat noted that the phishing attack resulted in some payroll information about its employees being revealed, but that its servers were not breached and user data was not exposed in any way. However, the phishing scam did result in the identities of a number of Snapchat employees being compromised.

The company explains that the attack was an isolated email phishing scam that was specifically targeted at the payroll department. The scammers impersonated Snapchat Chief Executive Officer Evan Spiegel, and apparently did it in a very convincing manner, given that the email seemed legitimate enough for an employee to provide the attacker with the requested information.

 

Snapchat says that the incident impacts both current and former employees, but did not reveal the exact number of affected people. However, the company did manage to identify which employees had their data leaked and has informed them on the matter.

 

According to Snapchat, it was able to determine that the incident was an isolated attack within four hours after its occurrence. The company has alerted the FBI on the matter.

 

The company also says that it plans on investing more in preventing similar incidents from happening again, mainly through improved employee training programs.

 

“When something like this happens, all you can do is own up to your mistake, take care of the people affected, and learn from what went wrong. To make good on that last point, we will redouble our already rigorous training programs around privacy and security in the coming weeks,” Snapchat notes.

Adele kicked off her world tour in Belfast Monday and, as if that was not celebration enough, she also helped a fan proposal during the live show.

After the third song in her set, Adele started chatting with the packed stadium; Adele invited a woman named Hayley, who had proposed to her boyfriend, Neil, earlier in the day, on stage at the SSE Arena.
Feb 29th or Leap Day, over there, is traditionally known as the day a woman proposes to a man.  FUNNY RIGHT?

Apparently, Neil had said "maybe," but Adele wasn't having it.

"You have to say 'yes,'" Adele said, as the crowd began to boo. "After three everyone say, 'Come on, Neil.'"

BLACK STUDENTS REMOVED FROM TRUMP RALLY IN GEORGIA

The Valdosta State University students stated they had no intention of disrupting Trump.

Dozens of black college students in Georgia said they were asked to leave a Donald Trump rally on their campus Monday for standing silently on gymnasium bleachers before the business magnate began speaking.

According to Jennifer Jacobs, a register reporter, the university students said that security agents were told by Trump, to remove them.

A Secret Service spokesman Robert Hoback, stated that the agency does not escort protestors or disruptors out of events. He said the students were asked to leave by local law enforcement and privately hired event staff members.

"I think we got kicked out because we're a group of black people," a tearful student said in a video. "I guess ... they're afraid we're going to say something or do something. But we just really wanted to watch the rally. To get kicked out because we're a group of black people ... shows you how racist our own school is."

Another student said the group decided to stand quietly in the bleachers wearing black attire as a statement. The group had no intention to disrupt the candidate, the student said.
