Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi, was spotted at a Fast Food Joint (JOVIT fast food) today, March 17th, 2016, close to UNIPORT In Rivers state Nigeria; people were amazed to see the Nigerian Minister spotted just like others waiting to take his own part of the Food. LOL !!!
